According to Google Adsense Glossary, Cybersquatting is using a domain name with bad-faith intent to profit from the goodwill of a trademark belonging to someone else.
Typosquatting is a form of cybersquatting, based on the probability that a certain number of Internet users will mistype the name of a URL when surfing. eg thinking someone might type faceboook.com instead of facebook.com, thereby registering it as domain name with the intention of using it to make money from Adsense.
Sites such as these are not allowed to run the AdSense ad code. Hence, if Adsense rejects your application with Cybersquatting as one of the reasons, just know that your url is suspicious.
I hope this info helps.
